High efficiency energy saving fluorine barrel type pump system is a refrigeration system utilizes pumpprincipie, running by delivering liquid formal refrigeration into evaporator, The throttled low temperaturerefrigerant liquid, firstly enters a low pressure cycling barrel which has certain liquid storage space andgas-liquid separation space, then uses a fluorine pump pumping the low temperature liquid refrigerantwhich has several times iarger volume than evaporation amount, into the evaporators in each cold room.Most of the liquid in the evaporator absorbs heat and turned into gas, the rest of the liquid goes back to lowpressure circulation barrel through return pipe along with gas, after gas-liquid separation, the gas will betaken away by compressor, the liquid left together with newly added liquid which has a volume equivalentto refrigerant amount, are pumped back to evaporator to complete the recycling.
Feature
1. The system has good oil performance and is inertia to the stability of reservoir temperature.
2. Evaporator has high evaporative heat transfer efficiency and good cooling effect.
3.The cooling effect of the fluorine pump supply is about 25-30% higher than that of the direct expansion supply, which canensure long-distance supply. Using the head of the pump, part of the resistance loss in the system can be overcome toachieve long-distance liquid supply.
