Workshop double side blow evaporator
Worlkshop double side blow evaporators are refrigeration equipment , which are used for workshop such as some food process workshop need to cool but can not blow directly to person. or the height is limited in the workshop .
Double-sided blowing design also reduces the risk of frost buildup, which can occur when there is insufficient airflow over the evaporator.
When the roof space is limited , and for the workshop which has person inside , we will suggest customer use cold room double side blow evaporator, as this air blow will not direct to people , and it save much space.

Main features
1.Designed by the advanced European technology , make the products more efficiency.
2.The external casing is s/s or galvanized steel sheet with electrostatic spraying technology, comply with hygiene standards.
3.Using 15.88mm copper pipe,9.52mm and 12.7mm inner thread copper pipe, special length between pipes and advanced technology of heat exchange surface make our evaporator more efficiency.
4.We have windshield at the bottom of the fan coils, it can prevent the air through the water tray,then more wind will through out the fan coils to improve the heat exchange efficiency.
Installation of evaporators
1.Depending on the size of the air cooler, use 4, 6, 8, or 10 long bolts to lift and mount the unit onto the cold storage roof.
2.Maintain a minimum distance of 250–350 mm (refer to P1) between the evaporator's heat exchanger surface and the warehouse wall. This ensures proper operation and facilitates maintenance access.
3.After installation, verify that the evaporator is level.
4.The drain pipe running from the evaporator base to the outside of the warehouse must be installed with a downward slope-ensuring the outlet is lower than the inlet-to allow smooth drainage of defrost water. Additionally, the external section of the drain pipe should include a U-bend to form a water seal, preventing outside warm air from entering the cold storage through the pipe.
