The double-side blow evaporator adopts a dual-direction air supply structure, delivering cold air from both sides simultaneously to create a more balanced airflow circulation throughout the cold storage space.

Compared with traditional single-side air discharge evaporators, the double-side air supply design reduces concentrated airflow impact and minimizes uneven temperature distribution caused by one-direction cooling. The cold air is distributed more gently and evenly, ensuring rapid cooling performance while reducing direct cold air exposure to stored products.

Evaporator installation

 

1) Depending on the size of the air cooler, 4, 6, 8 or 10 long bolts should be used to lift it on the roof of the cold storage.

2) The distance between the surface of the heat exchanger of the evaporator and the wall of the warehouse should be no less than 250~350mm to ensure the normal operation and convenient maintenance of the evaporator.

3) After the evaporator is installed, attention should be paid to check to ensure that the evaporator is installed level.

4) The drainage pipe from the bottom of the evaporator leading to the outside of the warehouse should have a certain slope so that the outlet of the drainage pipe is lower than the inlet to ensure that the defrost water can be smoothly discharged outside the warehouse;The part of the drainage pipe outside the warehouse should be equipped with a U-shaped elbow to ensure a water seal to prevent a large amount of hot air outside the warehouse from entering the cold storage through the drainage pipe.

5) The drainage pipes in the warehouse should be insulated with 25mm thick thermal insulation cotton pipes.When the storage temperature is lower than -20°C, an electric heating pipe should be installed in the drainage pipe to prevent the defrost water from freezing during the discharge process and ensure smooth drainage.

6) When installing the expansion valve, the temperature sensing bag must be tightly wrapped on the upper half of the horizontal return pipe, and ensure good contact between the temperature sensing bag and the return pipe.The outside of the temperature sensing bag should be insulated with an insulating cotton tube with a thickness of 10mm and a length of 100mm to prevent the temperature sensing bag from being affected by the storage temperature and causing the refrigeration system to not work properly.

7) The air outlet of the evaporator should be away from obstructions such as beams and columns to avoid affecting the air supply range of the evaporator .
