Industrial Evaporator for Quick Freezing Cold Storage

Industrial evaporator for quick-freezing cold storage is forced convection refrigeration equipment specially designed for ultra-low temperature rapid freezing. Through a high-intensity cold air circulation system, products can quickly pass through the maximum ice crystal formation zone (-1℃ to -5℃) within an extremely short time (usually 30 to 90 minutes), achieving efficient freezing.

Core characteristics

Ultra-low temperature and high-efficiency refrigeration

It adopts a two-stage compression refrigeration system or cascade refrigeration technology, with a minimum temperature of -50℃, meeting the requirements of the quick-freezing process.

High-volume axial/centrifugal fans with uniform air velocity (typically 3 to 6 m/s) ensure rapid freezing without dead corners.

Rapid defrosting technology

Dual modes of water defrosting and thermal defrosting are available. Defrosting is completed within 5 to 10 minutes, reducing temperature fluctuations.

The drainage system is equipped with an electric heating anti-freezing design to prevent freezing and blockage at low temperatures.

Corrosion-resistant and durable structure

Stainless steel evaporator (304/316 material) + anti-corrosion coating shell, suitable for high humidity and salt spray environments (such as seafood processing).

Low-temperature dedicated motors (-40℃ cold-resistant type) and moisture-proof electrical boxes ensure long-term stable operation.

Intelligent control system

The PLC/ microcomputer automatically adjusts the freezing time, wind speed and defrosting cycle, and it supports remote monitoring (optional IoT module).

Fault alarm function (such as fan overload, low refrigerant pressure, defrosting timeout, etc.).
