The CO2 air cooler is manufactured with SUS304 stainless steel tubes and aluminum fins, designed for various refrigeration applications including cooling, quick freezing, and high-low temperature storage. It serves as a key equipment in cold storage environments with different temperature requirements, such as high-temperature cold stores (e.g., for vegetables or fresh eggs, around 0°C or above), frozen food storage at approximately -18°C (e.g., meat, fish), and quick freezing storage at around -25°C (e.g., fresh meat, fish products, or prepared foods). Customized sizes and configurations are available to meet specific user needs. Defrosting methods include electric, water wash, natural, and hot gas defrosting.

CO2 refrigerant has an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0 and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 1. It does not harm the ozone layer and has minimal impact on global warming, making it an eco-friendly solution without future refrigerant recovery concerns.

6. Rigorous Factory Testing:
Each air cooler undergoes a 3.8 MPa pressure test and is filled with 0.05 MPa nitrogen before shipment, ensuring product quality and reliability.
