Electric defrost evaporator
Zhexue electric defrost evaporator is suitable for any kinds of cold storage for the food vegetables food processing workshop and logistics center. The compact design of our evaporators save much space for our clients, we also choose the external fan motor with lower noise to build a comfortable environment. Zhexue electric defrost evaporators' cooling capacity range is from 2.0kw to 210kw, they are used for Freon such as R134A,R22,R404A,R507C and R407C.
We use famous brand Spring heaters for all eletric defrost evaporators, this brand heaters are with high quality and longer warranty.
Main features
Using15.88mm copper pipe,9.52mm and 12.7mm inner thread copper pipe, special length between pipes and advanced technology of heat exchange surface make our evaporator more efficiency.
Equipped with the extended wind guide,it can improve the motors efficiency and raise the air flow (motors more than 500mm).
We have windshield at the bottom of the fan coils, it can prevent the air through the water tray, then more wind will through out the fan coils to improve the heat exchange efficiency.

Installation introduction to connect with compressor racks
◆ Requirement of pipes connection
1．Adequate precautions should be taken during the pipe connection process, such as keep pipes clean inside and total system dry, follow the rules one step by step.
2．If the pipe does not require special bending, cold drawn copper pipe should be used.
3．In addition to the small radius elbows for all suction riser liquid bends, large radius elbows should be used as much as possible.
4．If soft copper pipe is used, care should be taken to avoid sharp bends that could block the pipe.
5．Wrap refrigerant pipes through the wall with fiberglass (or equivalent) insulation and sealing materials to reduce vibration and maintain some flexibility.
6．Certain insulation measures should be taken for the suction pipe.
Liquid pipes that are directly exposed to sunlight or high temperatures must take certain insulation measures.
Do not weld the suction pipe and liquid pipe together. For convenience and support, they can be tied together, but they should be separated from each other by insulation materials.
The liquid outlet pipe of the condensing unit should be equipped with a dry filter to prevent impurities or moisture from damaging the system.
