Advantages of integrated evaporative cooling unit

1) convenient installation without the need for a computer room; Compact structure, minimal heat loss in pipelines, energy-saving and efficient;

2) Eliminate the procurement and operation costs of cooling water pumps and cooling towers.

3) The decrease in evaporation temperature saves the operating costs of the unit. Evaporative cooling, which relies on the evaporation of water to carry away heat, has a condensation temperature 3-4 degrees lower than that of ordinary water-cooled units. The decrease in condensation temperature makes the system more energy-efficient. The scaling of the water-cooled condenser causes the condensation temperature to be too high, resulting in higher operating costs for the unit. For every 1 ℃ increase in condensation temperature, the energy consumption of the unit increases by about 1%.

4) Prevent the risk of condenser freezing. The condenser is an important component of the refrigeration unit, and water-cooled condensers are very easy to scale. Neglecting waterproofing when not in use in winter can easily cause the unit to freeze. The evaporative cooling unit has no risk of freezing damage due to refrigerant passing through the pipes.

5) Saving procurement costs: Traditional equipment room requirements include low-temperature chiller units, cooling towers, cooling water pumps, chilled water pumps, pipeline valves, and power distribution. Each type of equipment requires inspection and procurement. Additionally, it is necessary to organize on-site construction by the construction unit. Losing any link may cause the system to fail to operate stably.
