In refrigeration systems, the barrel pump supply method refers to the refrigeration method that utilizes the mechanical action of the pump to deliver low-temperature refrigerant liquid to the evaporator. The system is characterized by simple operation, easy centralized control, automated operation, and convenient hot air defrosting operation. The barrel pump unit can ensure long-distance liquid supply and improve the cooling capacity of the evaporator. At the same time, the flushing of a large amount of refrigerant under pumping pressure makes it difficult for the inner wall of the evaporator tube to form oil films and oil stains. Therefore, for evaporators with the same evaporation area, the cooling effect of using a barrel pump for liquid supply is more than 20% higher than that of direct expansion supply. The barrel pump unit is equipped with a high * * magnetic flap level gauge, matched with Danfoss electric valve or AKV electronic expansion valve, which can accurately control the liquid level of the barrel pump in real time. By using a liquid level sensor, the liquid level is proportionally converted into an electrical signal and works in conjunction with the controller, thereby sending adjustment signals to the electronic expansion valve or electric valve, achieving the functions of displaying, feedback, and controlling the liquid level, and maintaining a stable liquid level in the circulating bucket.
The fluorine bucket pump unit is equipped with a return oil plate heat exchanger as standard, which uses the heat from high-pressure exhaust to heat the return oil pipe of the bucket pump unit, ensuring the superheat of the suction and preventing the wet stroke of the compressor unit; At the same time, it ensures the fluidity of low-temperature oil, prevents oil shortage in the compressor unit, ensures the service life of the compressor unit, reduces oil filling, and improves refrigeration efficiency. The barrel pump unit is equipped with comprehensive protection functions, including ultra-high liquid level alarm, pump inlet and outlet pressure and pressure difference protection, pump outlet bypass overflow protection, and pump non liquid filling protection, ensuring its normal operation in complex environments. The barrel pump unit is designed with one barrel and multiple pumps, equipped with backup pumps as standard. Each pump has complete protection devices and operates reliably.
