Causes and countermeasures for low suction pressure of refrigeration equipment
When the suction pressure of refrigeration equipment is low, it is often caused by multiple factors. In order to effectively solve this problem, we need to have a deep understanding of the possible causes and take corresponding measures to deal with it.

The opening degree of the thermal expansion valve is too small
For this problem, the working pressure of the thermal expansion valve can be readjusted according to the actual demand temperature of the cold storage by querying the pressure-enthalpy diagram, so as to effectively adjust the opening degree.

The dry filter screen or the solenoid valve core on the liquid supply pipe of the refrigeration system is dirty and blocked
In the face of this fault, the dry filter screen or the stop valves at both ends of the solenoid valve should be closed first, and then the dry filter screen or the solenoid valve should be disassembled from the refrigeration system, and thoroughly cleaned with kerosene. After cleaning, it should be reinstalled into the refrigeration system to ensure that it resumes normal operation.

Too much mixing of lubricating oil and refrigerant leads to a reduction in the circulation of refrigerant, which in turn causes the suction pressure of the compressor to drop

For this problem, the oil level of the compressor sight glass should be checked first. If the liquid level is found to be too high, the manual oil return device should be operated to return the oil. If the oil return is not smooth, check the oil separator oil return device and repair the automatic oil return device.

Thermostatic expansion valve is partially blocked by dirt or ice in the refrigeration system

The solution to this problem is: on the premise that the stop valves at both ends of the drier and thermal expansion valve are closed, remove the drier filter for replacement and clean the inlet filter of the thermal expansion valve. After cleaning, reinstall it to restore the normal operation of the refrigeration system.
