1. Safety system and training

Establish and improve various rules and regulations regarding cold storage, and do a good job in them

Education on safety knowledge for refrigerated workers and improving their awareness of safety production in cold storage operations;

2. Regular maintenance of cold storage equipment should be carried out to prevent potential problems. Daily inspection and maintenance of refrigeration equipment should be carried out. If any problems are found with the cold storage equipment, measures should be taken for emergency repair. To ensure good ventilation equipment in the refrigeration room, in case of a large amount of ammonia leakage, it should be able to be discharged from the outside in a timely manner to avoid poisoning accidents. Suitable gas masks or oxygen respirators must be equipped in the refrigeration room. For refrigerators using Freon-12, necessary testing instruments such as halogen lamps should be equipped.

3. Precautions for ozone disinfection: When using ozone disinfection for deodorization, the ozone concentration in the warehouse should be constantly monitored. If the ozone concentration exceeds 2mg/Nm3, workers are not allowed to stay in the warehouse, otherwise they need to wear gas masks.

4. When wearing protective clothing during work, workers must wear warm and protective equipment such as winter clothing, shoes, hats, and low-temperature resistant gloves; Cold clothing should avoid dampness, and hands and feet should not be tied too tightly to avoid affecting local circulation.

5. Precautions for homework

Workers should operate with caution to prevent transportation vehicles or goods from colliding with warehouse doors, elevator doors, walls, and pipes. Protective devices should be installed in areas prone to collision. When working at heights, concentrate on preventing slipping and falling from high places.
