Our company held a employee training on the afternoon of May 31. The training content is mainly divided into two parts, the first part is induction training, and the second part is safety training.
The supervisor of the administration department is the speaker of this induction training. She gives new employees an overview of the company and the administrative reward and punishment system to help them learn the values, culture and expectations of the organization.
