Our company held a employee training on the afternoon of May 31. The training content is mainly divided into two parts, the first part is induction training, and the second part is safety training.
The supervisor of the administration department is the speaker of this induction training. She gives new employees an overview of the company and the administrative reward and punishment system to help them learn the values, culture and expectations of the organization. We believe that new employees will gradually recognize the company and quickly move into the role.



The second part -- safety training is handled by Yuan from the management department. She first played a video of a security incident, so that everyone can be warned, and then talked about the matters that we need to pay attention to in the production process, in detail. In this way, the safety awareness of enterprise employees is improved, and it is also of great significance to ensure the smooth operation of enterprise production.



This training has enhanced the employees' sense of belonging to the team, improved the safety quality and safety awareness of them, and laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
