September 25, 2025,to ensure safety and stability during the extended National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, senior leaders and management personnel of Zhexue Group conducted a comprehensive fire safety inspection on the morning of September 25th, visiting production workshops firsthand. Initially intended as a routine pre-holiday check, the inspection revealed a series of critical, often overlooked hidden hazards, highlighting the paramount importance of detailed management.

With the long holiday approaching, ensuring uninterrupted production safety has become a top priority for Zhexue Group. The inspection team, composed of company executives and department heads, spent several hours meticulously examining manufacturing workshops, storage areas, and common spaces. This hands-on approach demonstrated the company's commitment to its "safety-first" culture, moving beyond paperwork to on-the-ground verification.

The inspection uncovered a range of issues that appear minor but pose substantial risks, primarily including:

Damaged Fire Equipment and Blocked Access: A small number of fire extinguishers and emergency alarm points were found to be damaged, such as having broken hoses, which could impair their functionality during critical moments. In some aisles, temporary storage of raw materials or semi-finished products encroached upon the clear space required for accessing and operating firefighting equipment, potentially hindering emergency response efficiency during an incident.

Aging and Worn Crane Slings: During the inspection of the heavy machinery area, the team discovered that slings on several bridge cranes showed significant signs of wear and tear. These slings, used for hoisting heavy components, carry a major risk of sudden failure, which could lead to serious equipment damage or personal injury.

Following the onsite inspection, the leadership and management team immediately convened a summary meeting. The atmosphere was serious and reflective. A clear consensus was reached: although the company's overall safety framework is sound, "hidden dangers originate from details." There is an urgent need to strengthen daily supervision, enhance practical scenario-focused safety training for employees, and foster a greater sense of personal responsibility at all organizational levels. The group has formulated an immediate action plan, assigning dedicated teams to rectify all identified issues before the holiday begins, reiterating the importance of keeping access routes clear, promptly reporting equipment faults, and conducting more frequent self-inspections at the team level.

This pre-holiday inspection serves as a powerful reminder that excellent operations are built upon continuous vigilance. Zhexue Group reaffirms its firm commitment to protecting employee well-being and safeguarding company assets, ensuring all staff can enjoy a safe and joyful holiday period.
