Zhexue Roof Mounted Evaporators for Food Industry Cold Storage
Eevaporator is one important part of refrigeration equipment, which is usually set indoor. Zhexue roof mounted evaporator is normally used in food industry cold storage. When the cold storage has no height limit, we will introduce our customer choose roof mounted evaporators.
Main features
Zhexue brand mounted evaporators features are as follows:
1. We use long distance fan motors to reach high cooling capacity efficiency.
2. All copper pipes are inner groove pipes, it is stable and can cool quickly.
3. We choose famous brands, like American Spring heaters for our electirc defrosting type evaporators.
4. Our warranty time is 12 months after installation.
5. Equipped with the extended wind guide, it can improve the motors efficiency and raise the air flow (motors more than 500mm)
6. Middle and big size evaporator are equipped with the installation frame, it is easy to ship and install.
evaporators connect to condensing unit
1. Pipes from condensers or receiver to evaporator setting (P1)
a. Liquid supplying solenoid valve should be equipped at the enter of each evaporators. When evaporators running, the solenoid valves will turn on, when evaporators stop, the valves will turn off and stop supplying liquid. Please note that the liquid supplying valves should be installed outside the cold storage.
b. Before connecting evaporators, we should set liquid distributor first, it is made by one copper pipe, the solenoid valves pipes should be on its vertical direction, and then the liquid will enter the evaporators through the solenoid valves.
c. The liquid supplying pipes should be keep same length and same elbows.
