What causes the condensation pressure of the condenser to be too high? Solution.

One of the common problems encountered with condensers is high condensation pressure, which can lead to a series of adverse phenomena and even pose a safety risk. Given this, it is necessary to analyze the reasons and solutions for the problem of high condenser pressure.
One of the reasons why the condensing pressure of the condenser exceeds the boiler standard may be that too much refrigerant is added to the condenser, and the corresponding refrigerant must be discharged; But it is also possible that the ambient temperature of the condenser air cooling system is too high, causing an increase in condensation pressure.
When the flow rate in the condenser water cooling system is too low, it can also cause an increase in condensation pressure or a high cooling water temperature. If there is non condensable gas, excessive oil accumulation, or excessive fouling on the heat transfer surface in the condenser system, the result is an increase in condensation pressure.
Once the condensing pressure in the condenser exceeds a certain standard, the cooling capacity of the entire system will also decrease, leading to a decrease in the equipment's cooling coefficient and an increase in energy consumption. But fortunately, most condensers are equipped with high-pressure protection, so in this case it will cause the condenser to stop running.
Moreover, there are other safety measures in the condenser, so explosion accidents will not occur due to excessive condensation pressure. But this problem ultimately needs to be solved. In addition to adding an appropriate amount of refrigerant to the condenser, the cooling water flow rate and temperature should also be controlled, and unfavorable factors such as non condensable gases should not be allowed to exist.
In addition, it is necessary to regularly clean and maintain the condenser to effectively remove oil accumulation and dirt on the heat transfer surface in the ammonia system of the condenser, so as to maintain its good condition and put it into operation.
