The day before the exhibition, Zhexue held a technical exchange meeting in Shanghai. This grand event brought together industry experts, partners and elites from all walks of life to jointly discuss the cutting-edge trends in refrigeration technology, share the innovative achievements of Zhexue Group, and express sincere gratitude to the partners who have supported the development of Zhexue Group for a long time. At 2 p.m., the elites from Qianchuan and Hanbell successively conducted in-depth analyses from dimensions such as the technical principles, process innovations, and application scenarios of compressors, sharing the latest technological achievements in the industry. Subsequently, the production department director and technical director of Zhexue Group gave a detailed introduction to the company's independently developed units, air coolers and condensers. By integrating structural design, material processing and performance parameters, and through real technical data and application cases, they demonstrate Zhexue's profound technical accumulation and innovative strength. The exhibition began on April 27th. Our booth attracted over 1,200 visitors, including distributors, project developers and industry experts. The CO₂ piston three-parallel unit has attracted much attention. This unit is equipped with a European imported CO₂ piston compressor and uses natural, non-toxic and non-flammable CO₂ as the refrigerant. It not only eliminates safety hazards but also conforms to the green development trend. Under low-temperature working conditions, its COP value performs exceptionally well, with a cooling capacity per unit volume reaching 9 to 10 times that of ordinary refrigerants, providing strong refrigeration power for scenarios such as cold chain warehousing and food processing. At the intelligent level, one-click remote communication monitoring is combined with a PLC intelligent control module. Through the touch screen graphic animation interface, it realizes the visualization of operation status, convenient parameter setting and rapid response to faults. In terms of energy-saving design, the superheated heat exchanger and the flexible and wide energy regulation function significantly reduce the starting current, ensuring efficient operation under partial load conditions and achieving remarkable energy-saving effects. At the exhibition site, this unit attracted a large number of domestic and foreign customers to stop and watch and consult with its advanced technology and outstanding performance.
After the exhibition, many important clients from regions such as Dubai, Russia, and Saudi Arabia visited our production base in Jiangsu. Several clients expressed their intention to formally cooperate.
