The condenser is tested for air tightness under the pressure of 3.0MPa, which ensures the quality characteristics of the condenser with high air tightness. The air cooled commercial condensing unit can accurately control the temperature from -50℃ to +15℃required by the modern refrigeration industry.The same type of compressor can use R134a, R404A, R507A, R22 refrigerants for different temperature conditions.

Startup procedure
Note: The power supply to the crankcase heater must not be cut off at will, unless the unit is undergoing maintenance or will be shut down for a long time. The electric heater must be powered on for at least 24 hours before starting up.
The startup procedure includes three steps: leak test; vacuuming; filling refrigerant and starting the machine. Please strictly follow these three steps to avoid any failures during booting.
Equipment fixed basis:
The outdoor condenser part can be installed horizontally or vertically, saving a lot of installation space for users.However, the installation platform or foundation should be level and the location should allow free ventilation.Never place the condenser in an area adjacent to steam, hot air or flue gas emissions. Meanwhile architectural structure and acoustics experts should provide guidance before installation to avoid phenomena such as skew, uneven stress, and transmission of vibrations in the unit.

Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free?
A: If the sample is low value, we will provide the free sample with freight collect. But for some high value samples, we need to collect the sample charge.
