Leak test
Only when there is no leakage in the system, the vacuuming, refrigerant charging, startup and normal operation processed can be guaranteed.
*The main switch of the control box in the machine room should be in the off state
*The power switch of the unit should also be placed in the off state
*The following valves should be in on state
Compressor discharge valve
Compressor suction valve
Receiver liquid return valve
Receiver liquid supply valve
All check valves need to assemble on site
All valves for oil balancing systems
All internal injection cooling service valves (optional)
*Turn on the power switch of the power unit
*Close the main switch of the control box in the machine room
*If it is necessary to connect a vacuum/charge line to charge the system with refrigerant and dry nitrogen, use a 3/8" or larger vacuum/charge line.
*Add refrigerant to the system to 50 psi (0.34MPa) and nitrogen to 120 psig (0.83MPa).If the test pressure used is greater than 120 psig (0.83MPa), remove the low-pressure pressure probe and use a bonnet seal instead.If there is a check valve on the pipeline, close the check valve without removing the probe. The main purpose is to protect the pressure sensor from damage.
*Double check the entire system with an electronic leak detector and double check all pipe connections. Check whether the system pressure indicates a change in value. A drop in pressure indicates a leak in the system.
The system maintains pressure for 12 hours. If the pressure remains unchanged, it means there is no leakage in the system.If a leak is found, use the stop valve provided by the system to release the gas from the relevant part of the system and repair the leak.
