High Efficiency Warehouse Evaporator

The tube evaporator such as aluminum tube, U-shaped steel tube and steel-aluminum composite tube has the characteristics of charging large volume of refrigerant and long storage temperature retention time, but the warehouse-type air cooler overrides tube evaporators in air circulation and refrigeration coverage.

Warehouse evaporators, also called vertical-blowing air cooler, have a better temperature field than horizontal-blowing air coolers, which can make the temperature distribution in the cold storage more uniform.
- Installation differences
There is an significant difference between length and width of a cold room when displacing the warehouse evaporators. And in this condition, with higher cold storage, the better with wider shelves, which leads to the the better cooling effect of the warehouse evaporators. The ideal ratio of length to height between the cold storage is about 3:1. For example, a cold room with length of 100 meters, the possibility of its height should be from 30 to 35 meters.

Warehouse evaporators are mainly suitable for large-scale warehouse types such as high-rise warehouses, and it's capable of meeting the cooling requirements of larger spaces.
